The Haiti Community Foundation Network is community-powered first!
HCFN focuses on transformational, systemic, and sustainable change that is fueled and molded by local leadership. We have completed 52 projects with communities and currently have 24 active projects. Our projects are often multi-sectorial and intersectional.
