Founded in 2010, we are a national network of regional funds that works WITH local Haiti communities FOR communities nationally. We are anchored in the transformative power of our ancestors’ philosophy, ‘Tèt ansanm’ (meaning: heads together)!

To leverage and support local Haitian leadership, capacity and ingenuity, in the belief that Haitians themselves are best poised to devise (formulate and implement) effective and relevant solutions to address their communities’ development needs.

The situation in Haiti is catastrophic. Violent gangs have seized control of Port-au-Prince where most private and public institutions have traditionally been centralized, and the country is suffering as a result. The political vacuum does not help. The focus of the media and of the world has been on the worst of Haiti. Our organization and our network focus on its best.
